When you book an appointment, you need to pay a deposit of £20, which will be deducted from the total cost. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, you can still ask to reschedule, but if you wish to cancel altogether, the deposit is non-refundable.
